30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Satin Whisper pieces. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days after receiving the goods for a refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns (customer-initiated)

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days after receiving the goods.

To simplify the process, we will issue a prepaid return label once you request a return.

A fixed return-handling fee of €10 (ten euros) will be charged at the time we issue the label. This fee covers label issuance, handling, and administration.

Important: We only accept returns made through our official return process with the prepaid label we provide. Satin Whisper is not responsible for returns shipped independently without our label, and such returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds (minus the return-handling fee) will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide a return label at no cost to you and arrange a full refund or replacement as required.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy for faulty goods.
How to Request a Return

Email our support team at support@satinwhisper.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

For change-of-mind returns: the fixed €10 (ten euros) fee will be charged before the label is issued. For faulty/incorrect returns, no fee applies.
Refund timing
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Gifts
If the order was a gift and returned for change of mind, we will issue a store credit minus the return-handling fee. Faulty gifts will be refunded/replaced at our cost.
